The accommodation located on the 1st floor of a small 2-storey residence is located in the heart of historic Libourne. It was completely restored in the summer of 2022 in order to highlight the typical local architecture: freestone walls, magnificent original parquet floors, double balconies. Ideally located less than 5 minutes walk from Libourne train station, you can easily get to Saint-Emilion, Arcachon, Bergerac... It has been laid out in a Zen spirit to offer you all the comfort you will need. during your stay:
- The accommodation consists of the following rooms:
- Living/dining room (connected TV, 3-seater sofa, dining area)
- Open bedroom (Queen-size bed - 160/200), two balconies overlooking the street.
- Workspace
- Bathroom (walk-in shower) with WC
- Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen necessities...)
- Dressing room and washing machine
Check-in & check-out:
- Autonomous arrivals and departures (connected lock)
- Arrival time: from 3 p.m.
- Departure time: before 11 a.m.
